Can your company provide a free estimate
for our facility? Yes we can.
Can your company provide a maintenance
program for our facility? Yes, we work with
owners and property managers to provide
coating assessment based on priority and
cost.
What type of coatings should we use? The
coating which is used depends on several
factors; surface to be coated, environment
which coating is to be applied, aesthetics,
and budget. Extreme environments typically
require epoxy, urethane, chlorinated rubber
and vinyl coatings. Moderate environments
often use alkyd, oil, and acrylic coatings.
Latex is generally used for fair environments.
When preparing to coat a surface it is critical
to research existing surface materials prior to
beginning project. The information the research
provides will determine the preparation
and coating to be used.
What sheen(gloss) should we be use? As a rule
of thumb, the higher the sheen the better the
washability and protection. In a commercial or
residential setting the sheen of wall paint should
be carefully considered. A lower sheen should be
considered for walls and ceilings, it will provide
a better aesthetic quality.
